SQP22 uses click chemistry to localize a cancer therapeutic that was previously too toxic to be used in humans (MMAE) to the site of the tumor using antibody binding to HER2.
This is the first demonstration of our ability to use antibody binding to localize our click chemistry technology to the tumor.
